Under Construction - Our ageing in place project offers modern homes designed for comfort and practicality. With coastal colours incorporated into the designs, our homes provide a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Our thoughtful ageing in place inclusions, such as accessible features and convenient layouts, ensure that our homes are suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities, promoting longevity and independence.

Future - This project is being designed with trauma-informed principles at its core. We acknowledge the unique challenges faced by veterans who have experienced trauma, and we are dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment that facilitates their recovery and reintegration.
Future - Shorelyne is planning an affordable rental project near the Hervey Bay Hospital and city center, specifically aimed at key workers. This initiative seeks to provide vital housing options key workers. Situated in a prime location, this project will offer convenient and accessible housing solutions at affordable rates for key workers.
Future - Shorelyne is currently in the design phase of affordable housing solutions specifically tailored for multi-generational families.  With thoughtfully designed, spacious floor plans, these rental properties will provide comfortable and accessible living spaces that cater specifically to the needs of multi-generational families.
